MIX BUTTER AND SUGAR, ADD YOLK AND VANILLA. ROLL OUT ON FLOURED BOARD AND CUT CIRCLES-PLACE TSP. JAM IN CENTER-FOLD UP SIDES WITH WATER ON EDGES. BAKE 350 ABOUT 10-12
FOR GLUTEN FREE I REPLACE FLOUR WITH EQUAL AMOUNT OF CUP 4 CUP FLOUR OR BETTER BATTER FLOUR.
