DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP BUTTERFINGER COOKIES!!!!!




Chocolate Butterfinger Monsters

2 sticks butter
1c. sugar
3/4c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 full size Butterfinger bars (recommend using another half a bar depending how much candy you like in your cookie)
1 1/2c. choc chips


Preheat 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Beat the butter and sugars together. Add the eggs and vanilla. Once combined, add flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt on low just till combined. Stir in the butterfingers and chips. Scoop with large ice cream scoop and bake 16-18 mins. Centers should still be soft. Let cool on cookie sheets and they will firm up. Mmmmm!
