In a food processor, chop 2 cups basil and 6 garlic cloves. Stream in 3/4c. olive oil. Add 1c. parmesan cheese and 2 ounces pine nuts. ADD 1 TSP SALT AND SOME FRESH PEPPER! Serve over pasta...freezes well, too!
Here is another serving idea! Let the pesto party with some fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and veggies!
