REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUP CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

DO I REALLY NEED TO TELL YOU HOW GREAT THESE WERE? PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, CHEESECAKE LAYER, BROWNIES. I THINK YOU GET THE PICTURE!
RECIPE
STEP ONE-PREPARE BROWNIE BATTER-YOU CAN EITHER PREPARE PILLSBURY BROWNIE MIX IN A 9X13 PAN FOLLOWING THE BOX DIRECTIONS OR USE A HOMEMADE RECIPE. SET IT ASIDE ONE ON PAN.
BY HAND, MIX 1 2/3C. SUGAR, 1 1/2 STICKS MELTED BUTTER AND 2T. WATER IN A BOWL. STIR IN 2 EGGS AND 2 TSP. VANILLA. ADD IN 1 1/3C. FLOUR, 3/4C. COCOA POWDER, 1.2TSP. BAKING POWDER, 1/4 TSP. SALT. STIR AND SPREAD INTO A 9X13 PAN LINED WITH NONSTICK FOIL.

STEP TWO-MAKE CHEESECAKE LAYER
ELECTRIC MIX 8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, 14 OUNCES SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND 1/2C. SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER. WHEN SMOOTH, SPREAD CAREFULLY OVER THE BROWNIE LAYER

STEP THREE-BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES. COOL IN FRIDGE.

STEP FOUR- MELT 12 OUNCES DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND 3T. HEAVY CREAM IN THE MICROWAVE. SPREAD OVER CHILLED BARS. TOP WITH TONS OF MINI PEANUT BUTTER CUPS CHOPPED IN HALF. CHILL AGAIN AND CUT INTO SQUARES
