BEST GF HOMEMADE PASTA!

ADVICE: AFTER CONSUMING A POUND OF CARAMEL TOFFEE & PECAN FUDGE FOR DINNER, YOU SHOULD BALANCE IT OUT WITH HOMEMADE PASTA FOR DESSERT! THIS BATCH IS GLUTEN FREE BUT YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW IT! TOSS IN SOME ROASTED CAULIFLOWER, TOASTED ALMONDS & OLIVE OIL AND YOU'RE READY TO EAT!!!! ♥

HOMEMADE GLUTEN FREE RIGATONI!!

2 1/2 CUPS KING ARTHUR GF FLOUR
1T. OLIVE OIL
1 TSP XATHAN GUM
1 TSP. KOSHER SALT
5 EGGS
1 YOLK
MIX ALL IN YOUR KITCHEN AID. REST 20 MINUTES COVERED. PROCESS THROUGH PASTA MAKER. FREEZES WELL. DOUBLES WELL, TOO!
