WILD BLUEBERRY HAMANTASCHEN



TIS THE SEASON FOR HAMANTASCHEN! HOPE EVERYONE GETS TO ENJOY SOME!!! THESE ARE FILLED WITH WILD BLUEBERRY PRESERVES!!! OTHER POPULAR FILLINGS HERE ARE APRICOT, RASPBERRY & CHOCOLATE
THIS ALSO WORKED PERFECTLY AS A GLUTEN FREE RECIPE!!
RECIPE FROM NICK MALGIERI

1 STICK BUTTER
1/4C SUGAR
1 YOLK
SPLASH VANILLA
1 1/4C CAKE FLOUR-
MIX BUTTER AND SUGAR, ADD YOLK AND VANILLA. ROLL OUT ON FLOURED BOARD AND CUT CIRCLES-PLACE TSP. JAM IN CENTER-FOLD UP SIDES WITH WATER ON EDGES. BAKE 350 ABOUT 10-12

FOR GLUTEN FREE I US CUP 4 CUP or BETTER BATTER FLOUR.  BOTH WORKED PERFECTLY!!!!
