HAVE YOU SEEN THESE ADORABLE CADBURY MINI EGGS YET?
I JUST COULDN'T HELP MYSELF!!! OH MY...LOOK WHAT I'VE DONE! HEE HEE
I STUFFED MY COOKIES WITH THE REGULAR SIZE AND THE MINIS. THE REGULAR ONES HAD MORE OF AN OOZE AND MESS FACTOR. THE MINIS WERE JUST PERFECT!! HERE THEY ARE COOLING!!
AND OF COURSE, I NEED TO SHOW YOU THE INSIDE SHOT!!!! THOSE ARE ALWAYS MY FAVORITE!!!! THINK YOU'D LIKE ONE?
COOKIE RECIPEBEAT:
1 1/2 STICKS BUTTER
1C. LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1/2C. SUGAR
ADD:
1 EGG
1 YOLK
1TSP. VANILLA
STIR IN:
2 1/4C. FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP KOSHER SALT
2 CUPS MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 PACKAGE CADBURY MINI EGGS
WRAP LARGE SCOOP OF DOUGH AROUND A MINI EGG AND SEAL TIGHTLY. BAKE AT 350 ON PARCHMENT PAPER FOR 12-13 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN. COOL!

Oh my goodness! Cadburry eggs are my favorite Easter treat and I have been avoiding that section of the store like the plague.
These cookies make me want to cheat on my diet ;)

Oh my goodness these look delicious! I haven't seen any mini cadbury eggs but I'm keeping my eye out now. It's about that time of the year that everything should be stuffed with cadbury eggs, yum!

The Cadbury eggs kind of gross me out. They look to much like a real egg. My husband however adores them. He would love these cookies.
