CHOCOLATE DIPPED POTATO CHIPS! THE PERFECT SWEET & SALTY TREAT!

MELT 1 BAG OF GHIRARDELLI BITTERSWEET CHIPS. DIP POTATO CHIPS IN THE CHOCOLATE AND LAY ON WAX PAPER. CHILL IN FRIDGE! DECORATE WITH MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE.

These sound great! Did you use semi sweet or milk chocolate?

Somewhere around 1983 I would have a 15 min. break from work. I would run uphill to this gourmet chocolate shop. One day out of the blue they had this weird looking kinda flat chocolate. When they told me what it was I thought they were nuts. They gave me one for free. Then I WENT NUTS! It was love at first bite. If I remember right they were $10.00 a pound. I wonder if that shop is still there and I wonder if they still sell those yummy babies. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I can't wait to try and make them for myself.
