PEANUT BUTTER CUPS MEET PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE DOUGH

PEANUT BUTTER CUPS IN PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE DOUGH? JUST CAN'T GO WRONG HERE NOW CAN YA?

HERE'S A CLOSE UP! MMMMMM

THERE ARE 2 VERSIONS OF THIS RECIPE. THE ONES ABOVE ARE GLUTEN FREE BUT YOU CAN MAKE THEM JUST AS EASILY WITH GLUTEN!!! I WILL LIST THE REGULAR RECIPE BUT TO MAKE IT GLUTEN FREE I JUST SWAPPED OUT AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF FLOUR FOR JULE'S GF FLOUR. IT ALREADY CONTAINS XANTHAN GUM AND IT'S AWESOME!!!

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour (USE SAME AMOUNT OF JULE'S FLOUR TO MAKE THEM GF)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 BAG OF MINI PB CUPS

BEAT THE BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER AND 2 SUGARS FLUFFY. ADD EGG AND VANILA. ADD FLOUR, SODA, POWDER TO INCORPORATE. PRESS DOUGH INTO MINI MUFFIN TINS AND BAKE AT 375 8-10 MINS. WATCH CAREFULLY. TAKE OUT OF THE OVEN AND IMMEDIATELY PRESS A MINI PB CUP INTO THE CENTER OF EACH ONE. COOL!
