I use to work in a bakery, and we would always make a bar very similar to this. It was one of my favorites. I think I may like this recipe more because in the peanut butter part we added graham cracker crumbs.

We are currently making this... but the peanut butter/butter/conf. sugar mixture is crumbly, not smooth for spreading. Is that normal? Are we supposed to just press it smooth? Or should we add more peanut butter or butter?

Any advice would be great, thanks :)

MAYBE ADD A DROP MORE PB AND THEN PAT IN. MINE WAS NOT CRUMBLY. R U USING AN ELECTRIC MIXER?
