WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PRETZEL TOPPING?

 




Melt your chocolate gently in the microwave-70% works well.  Best brands for this are Merckens or Classens disks.  In a pinch, Wilton from Michaels will work.  Once melted, dip pretzels and lay on wax paper.  Add toppings and chill until set, just a few minutes! You can also melt ghirardelli dark chocolate chips for this but keep them chilled as they will melt on your hands faster than the disks!
