CHILEAN SEA BASS WITH SESAME OIL & GOJI BERRIES OVER QUINOA


PREHEAT OVEN TO 400.

LAY 2 PIECES OF SEA BASS IN PYREX DISH.

POUR ON 4T. SESAME OIL AND 4T. TAMARI.
FLIP SEA BASS TO COAT BOTH SIDES IN SAUCE AND SPRINKLE A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF PEPPER ON BOTH SIDES.

COOK ABOUT 20 MINS UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.

TOP WITH GOGI BERRIES. I WAS OUT OF SCALLIONS, GRRRR BUT THEY WOULD BE PERFECT ON TOP!
