RAINBOW COOKIES MEET RASPBERRY FROSTED BROWNIE CUPCAKES!!!


A BROWNIE (DISGUISED AS A CUPCAKE) TOPPED WITH RASPBERRY BUTTER CREAM & A RAINBOW COOKIE!!!!! ♥ ♥ ♥


BAKE YOUR FAVORITE BROWNIE RECIPE IN CUPCAKE LINERS AND COOL. CLICK HERE FOR MY FAVORITE BROWNIE RECIPE.

MAKE BUTTER CREAM
  • 1 CUP BUTTER, at room temperature
  • 6 -8 cups CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • MILK
  • PINK food coloring

Directions:

  1. BEAT BUTTER AND JAM.
  2. ADD POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY.
  3. IF TOO THICK, ADD SOME MILK.
  4. ADD FOOD COLORING FOR COLOR!
