QUINOA! SO HEALTHY, SO DELISH!
 BOIL 1C QUINOA AND 2C. WATER. COVER AND SIMMER FOR 12-15 MINS.  POUR INTO A BOWL WITH THE JUICE OF A FRESH LEMON, OLIVE OIL, CHIA SEEDS, SALT, PEPPER, SCALLIONS, SLICED ALMONDS, DRIED CRANBERRIES! BE CREATIVE AND ADD WHATEVER ELSE YOU LIKE!
