SHRIMP SCAMPI....SIZZLING AWAY!

HEAT 6 T. BUTTER AND 2 T. OLIVE OIL OR AVOCADO OIL.  

ONCE HOT, ADD 6 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES.  SAUTE TILL SMELLING DELICIOUS!  

ADD 2 POUNDS RAW SHRIMP (DEFROSTED IF FROZEN) AND SAUTE 5 MINUTES UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.  

ADD ZEST OF 1 LEMON, JUICE OF THE LEMON AND 2 SLICES OF LEMON. 

TOSS IN SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE AND SOME FRESH THYME.  

SERVE OVER RICE OR COUSCOUS OR PASTA!
