NEW YEAR'S ICE BOX CAKE

THIS IS MY MOM'S SPECIALTY!  I MADE IT THIS YEAR FOR NEW YEAR'S. SUCH AN EASY YET SCRUMPTIOUS COMBO....ESPECIALLY FOR WHIPPED CREAM LOVERS!

WHIP 2 CUPS OF CREAM AND 1 TSP. VANILLA TO FIRM PEAKS.  ADD A LITTLE CREAM IN BETWEEN 2 COOKIES AND KEEP ADDING ON.  COVER ENTIRE LOG IN THE EXTRA CREAM AND COVER TO CHILL AT LEAST 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT!  CUT ON AN ANGLE!

I`ve made this but have used pistachio pudding between the wafers. Amazing.

I had to beg my grocer to get these cookies in. Last year I had a recipe that I couldn't make because I couldn't find these anywhere. I bought 2 boxes just in case I wanted them again. thanks for the reminder of why I wanted them. My mom made this too.

This looks SO good, but isn't the whipped cream supposed to have sugar in it?? The mini version's does. Just find that odd.
