For Christmas Gifties.... I made the AWESOME ..."Salted Caramel" It was a SMASH HIT !!! so much i had to make seconds for everyone i gave it to. I even got brave, and made several jars with an extra special ingredient... during the simmering process i added several chipoltes in adobo sauce...along with chipolte powder. The result was amazing... starts off sweet... gets warm in the back of your throat... then finishes sweet again.

Thanks for all the awesome recipes and inspiration.

I just started following you on FB and reading the blog. Last Sunday I surprised my daughter by making the Nutella french toast! It was so good. This morning I decided to treat myself to breakfast, but instead of nutella I used chocolate peanut butter (there's a picture on my FB page). I'm looking forward to making lots of your GF recipes for my daughter's friend and my cousin.

and apparently I didn't submit my original comment correctly... lol... I have tried many of your cookie recipes. Using left over Halloween candy was one of the very best suggestions you have given me. I made amazing chocolate peanut butter cup cookies- originally it was supposed to be just white chocolate peanut butter cups (These were a huge hit the first time around) but once you gave me the idea to use Halloween candy, I ended up using white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate peanut butter cups... At this point, they are the family favorite!! As far as the next recipe to try... That is a tough one... My family (son & husband) know about your page and they have asked for many of your recipes... Eventually, I hope to try them all! I have always enjoyed cooking, but your ideas and recipes have given real motivation to get in the kitchen and bake, bake, bake. I thank you and so does my family!!!
