AWESOME SMOOTHIE THAT TASTES LIKE A MILK SHAKE!

THIS SMOOTHIE IS PACKED WITH NUTRIENTS AND WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING FULL AND SATISFIED FOR HOURS DUE TO THE DENSE NUTRITIONAL VALUE!  FORGET BREAKFAST, GRAB A SMOOTHIE!  YOU'LL FEEL LESS GUILTY ABOUT EATING DESSERT LATER!!! IF MADE AS WRITTEN, IT IS ABOUT 480 CALORIES.

1 CUP SILK DARK CHOCOLATE ALMOND MILK (OR VANILLA)
1 CUP FROZEN WILD BLUEBERRIES
1/2 BANANA
1 TABLESPOON RAW CASHEW BUTTER (OR PEANUT BUTTER OR ALMOND BUTTER)
1 SCOOP PROTEIN ( I USE SUN WARRIOR BRAND)
1/2 TABLESPOON COCONUT OIL
1 TSP NOPAL (GREAT FOR BLOOD SUGAR-SOLD FROM CHOSEN FOODS)
1 TABLESPOON HEMP SEEDS
