MY MOM'S FAMOUS & SIMPLE ASIAGO VEGETABLE QUICHE

1.  STEAM 1-2 HEADS OF CHOPPED BROCCOLI AND LET COOL.
2.  MIX TOGETHER:
      3 BEATEN EGGS
      1 1/2 cups half and half
ADD:
     1 PACKAGE KNORR VEGETABLE SOUP & MIX
     
LAY 2 CUPS SHREDDED ASIAGO CHEESE, OR SWISS IN THE PREPARED DEEP DISH PIE CRUST.  LAY BROCCOLI ON TOP.  POUR EGG/CREAM MIXTURE OVER THE BROCCOLI AND BAKE AT 375 FOR ABOUT 45 -50 MINUTES.
