SHRIMP SCAMPI SERVED OVER BROWN RICE WITH GF FRENCH GARLIC BREAD TOPPED WITH MELTED PROVOLONE CHEESE...
SHRIMP: DEFROST 1 POUND RAW SHRIMP HEAT 4 T. OLIVE OIL AND 2T. BUTTER IN CAST IRON PAN. ADD SHRIMP AND TOSS TILL COOKED THROUGH. ADD GARLIC, SALT & PEPPER. SPRINKLE 3T. GF BREAD CRUMBS ON TOP AND 2T. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE. SERVE OVER RICE!
