PEPPER STEAK WITH SAUTEED PEPPERS & ONIONS
SIMPLE! DELISH! HERE IS THE "HOW-TO"...
MARINATE ONE PACKAGE OF "PEPPER STEAK" IN TAMARI AND CHOPPED GARLIC.
SAUTEE 2 SLICED ONIONS AND 2 SLICED PEPPERS IN A FEW TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL. REMOVE TO A PLATE. ADD A LITTLE MORE OIL AND COOK MEAT A FEW MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL BROWNED AND COOKED THROUGH. SERVE OVER THE PEPPERS AND ONIONS & TOP WITH SLICED SCALLIONS.
