WHITE CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH BLONDIE BARS



White Chocolate Butterscotch Blondies-YUMMY!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with foil and spray foil lightly with non stick spray.
  3. In your mixer combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix on medium until combined.
  4. On low speed add in your melted butterscotch chips and mix until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  5. Turn mixer back to low and add your baking soda, salt and flour. Mix until just combined.
  6. Add in your white chocolate chips and mix until incorporated evenly.
  7. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. When done, let cool, before cutting into squares

GOLDEN OREO BUTTERSCOTCH BLONDIES

Golden Oreo Butterscotch Blondies

Ingredients
2/3 c. butterscotch chips
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar (if you prefer a less sweet bar reduce to 1 1/2 c)
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 c. flour
13 Golden Oreos

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt chips and butter carefully in microwave. Don't let them burn! Let cool & stir as it does.
3. Beat sugar and egg until well combined. Add the melted chips. Add the flour and vanilla.
4. Pour into a 9x13 pan lined with nonstick foil. Lay whole Oreos on top. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Cool & cut into bars!

BUTTERSCOTCH BARS

RECIPE: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

IN MIXER BEAT:
2 STICKS BUTTER
1C. SUGAR
1/2C. DARK BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA

ADD:
2 EGGS

ADD:
2 1/2C. FLOUR
1 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
MIX WELL AND STIR IN ONE BAG OF BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS.
PRESS INTO 9 X 13 PAN LINED WITH NONSTICK FOIL AND BAKE 25-30 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHTLY GOLDEN. COOL AND CUT BARS! WOULD BE YUMMY WITH SOME CARAMEL SAUCE DRIZZLED ON TOP AND VANILLA ICE CREAM!!!!!!
