This stuff is completely DANGEROUS!!!! I am officially hiding it from myself!!!
Preheat oven to 350. Line rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick foil and place a small rack on top. Dredge both sides of bacon slices in light brown sugar. (I buy thick-cut.) Bake for 15 minutes on each side. (check at 12 mins each side since all ovens r different and you don't want it to burn) Beware....this stuff is deadly good!!!!
I was going to stop here but the foodies on my facebook page made me do this. Dip the bacon candy in chocolate??!!!! It's all their fault!!! Their idea!! Yum!!!

1. Line a pan with foil and place a metal rack on top of it. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Skewer one slice of bacon on a metal skewer and repeat for each slice.
3. Brush each slice with maple syrup and place on the rack. Bake 20 minutes or until browned. Cool.
4. Melt chocolate chips to drizzle on top and chill until set.
