EASIEST MICROWAVE MILKY WAY FUDGE!!!!!









Super delicious and super easy microwave fudge recipe!

Ingredients:

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
6 ounces of Milky Way candy bars, chopped

Directions:

1. Line a 8 inch pan with nonstick foil.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the condensed milk, chocolate chips and candy bars. Microwave for 1 minute and then stir. Microwave for additional bursts of 20 seconds (stirring after each burst) until the mixture is smooth.  I left a few milkyway chunks in there. Spread into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

3. Take the fudge out of the pan by lifting up the foil and transferring it to a cutting board. Cut into small pieces. To add sugar candies, add a dab of melted chocolate to the tops and attach.

MILKYWAY BROWNIES



1. Prepare your favorite box or homemade brownies in an 8x8 pan and bake according to the box or recipe directions.  Chill in freezer when slightly cool.

2.  Chocolate Nougat:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow fluff

3 1/2 tablespoons evaporated milk, divided
 

 Melt choc chips in microwave until smooth.  Stir fluff and 1 1/2 tablespoons of evaporated milk into the melted chocolate chips. Pour and spread immediately over brownies in pan. Return to freezer.

3. Caramel Layer
1 bag Kraft caramels, unwrapped
2 TablespoonS evaporated milk
Melt caramels with the evap. milk in the microwave until smooth. Pour over nougat layer and return to freezer.


4. Topping:

MELT IN THE MICROWAVE:
1 STICK BUTTER & 6 OUNCES BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
STIR SMOOTH AND ADD 4 TSP. LIGHT CORN SYRUP.
POUR SMOOTHLY ON BARS AND CHILL UNTIL SET.  CUT WITH A BIG KNIFE!

MILKYWAY BROWNIES....4 LAYERS OF YUM!

WELCOME TO ANOTHER MONTH OF 2 SWEETIE PIES!!  I LOVE THIS DAY!  MY BLOGGING BUDDY LIZZIE (FROM THAT SKINNY CHICK CAN BAKE) AND I EACH BAKE FROM THE OTHER'S BLOG AND SURPRISE EACH OTHER...AND YOU-WITH WHAT WE MADE!!! THIS MONTH I MADE LIZZY'S HOMEMADE MILKYWAY BROWNIES! TOTALLY FUN AND INSANELY YUMMY!!!! RECIPE BELOW!!!!

Milky Way Brownies

Ingredients:

Brownie layer (adapted from Hershey's)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup flour

1/3 cup cocoa, sifted
1/2 cup (1 sticks) butter, melted

1 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Chocolate Fluff Layer
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Marshmallow Creme 
1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
 

Caramel Layer
8 ounces caramels (I used the caramel bits)
1 1/2 tablespoons cream
 

Chocolate Topping
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Line 8 x 8 pan with nonstick foil.
Stir together butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, cream and vanilla in large bowl; beat till all combined. Spread batter in prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
Make fluff layer by melting chocolate chips in microwave with cream.  Once smooth, stir in marshmallow creme till well combined. Spread over cooled brownies.
 

Make caramel layer by melting caramels with cream in microwave.  Pour over fluff layer & spread into an even layer.
Make chocolate topping by melting chocolate chips with oil in microwave till smooth. Pour over caramel and spread with an offset spatula. Chill at least 2 hours before cutting (use a knife dipped in very hot water, then dried to cut). Chill until ready to serve.








Note: I forgot to add the cream for the fluff layer and it still came out great! Oops! LOL

OATMEAL MILKYWAY COOKIES WITH BROWNED BUTTER






 Milky Way Oatmeal Cookies with Brown Butter

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick), salted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar 
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Chopped Milky Ways,then place in freezer after chopping
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.   Let boil for several minutes until it starts to brown.  Remove at this point (about 7-9 mins) and set aside in heatproof bowl for 5 mins.

Beat the brown butter and sugars.  Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
Stir in oats until dough comes together.  Do not chill dough.
Preheat oven to 375F. 

Scoop dough onto parchment lined sheet and bake 8-10 mins.  Remove from oven and immediately press a few pieces of frozen Milkyways into the cookies. Let cool on the sheets.

PILLSBURY CRESCENT ROLLS STUFFED WITH MINI MILKYWAYS

UNWRAP ROLLS.  PLACE 2 MINI MILKWAYS (I USED HOT COCOA FLAVORED) ON TOP AND ROLL UP.  MAKE SURE IT IS SEALED SHUT ON ALL SIDES AD BAKE ON PARCHMENT AT 375 FOR 12 MINS.  TOP WITH DRIZZLED, MELTED CHOCOLATE AND ENJOY!!!!

CARAMEL APPLE MILKYWAY CHEESECAKE BARS WITH DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE






GRAB SOME OF THE NEW CARAMEL APPLE MILKYWAY BARS FROM TARGET AND LET'S GET BAKING! CHEESECAKE LOVERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

CRUST:
1 STICK BUTTER
1/2C. SUGAR
1 1/2C. GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
MELT THE BUTTER IN THE MICROWAVE IN A BOWL.  STIR IN SUGAR AND CRUMBS.  LINE AN 8 INCH PAN WITH NONSTICK FOIL AND PRESS THE CRUMB MIXTURE IN.  BAKE ABOUT 9 MINS AT 350 AND LET COOL

CHEESECAKE:
8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE
1 EGG
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/2C. SUGAR
2 T. FLOUR
20 MINI CARAMEL APPLE MILKYWAY CANDIES, CHOPPED INTO QUARTERS
ELECTRIC MIX CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR.  ADD EGG AND VANILLA.  ADD FLOUR.  FOLD IN CANDIES AND POUR ONTO CRUST. BAKE 30 MINUTES AT 350.  LET COOL AND CHILL BEFORE GLAZING.

GLAZE:
2/3C. BITTERSWEET GHIRARDELLI CHIPS
2 TABLESPOONS HEAVY CREAM
1/4C. CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR, SIFTED
2 TABLESPOONS HOT WATER
MICROWAVE CHIPS AND CREAM UNTIL MELTY.  STIR.  ADD SUGAR AND WATER AND POUR OVER CHEESECAKE.  SERVE IMMEDIATELY OR CHILL TO LET IT SET UP.

DEEP DISH MILKY WAY & SNICKERS COOKIES


Recipe: Deep Dish Milky Way Cookies-Adapted from cookies and cups

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks soft butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • fun sized milky way bars and snickers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Prepare your muffin pan by first spraying with cooking spray, next lining each tin with a parchment round. (Cut the parchment to fit in the bottom of the pan) and then spraying the parchment again lightly.
  3. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. On low add flour, baking soda and sea salt. Fold in candies.
  5. Press 1/4 cup batter into each muffin top and bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is JUST set.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Loosen edges with a knife and flip onto a wire rack.

MILKY WAY MADNESS BARS

ALL STACKED FOR DELIVERY!A BUTTERY SHORTBREAD CRUST HOLDS THE THICK CARAMEL & SLICED MILKY WAY BARS! OOEY GOOEY GOODNESS!
CRUST:
1 1/2c. FLOUR
1/2C. PLUS 2T. CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
1 1/2 STICKS SOFT BUTTER
ELECTRIC MIX ALL TILL CRUMBLY/COMBINED AND PAT DOWN EVENLY INTO A 9X13 PAN LINED WITH NONSTICK FOIL. BAKE AT 350 FOR 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHTLY GOLDEN.

CARAMEL:
12 OUNCES CARAMEL BITS (NO UNWRAPPING WITH THESE!) (OR USE 40 WRAPPED CARAMELS)
5 T. BUTTER
1 CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
MICROWAVE ALL OF THESE TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH. GO 30 SECONDS-ONE MINUTE AT A TIME AND STIR IN BETWEEN.

TOPPING:
1 BAG OF MILKY WAY MINIS CUT INTO 4 SLICES EACH. CAN ALSO USE MILKY WAY DARKS OR ANY OTHER CANDY YOU WANT LIKE PB CUPS!

LET CRUST COOL 5-10 MINUTES AND THEN POUR ON THE CARAMEL. PLACE THE CANDIES ON TO DECORATE AND CHILL COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING. THESE ARE EASY TO CUT WHEN VERY COLD AND SHOULD REMAIN IN FRIDGE UNTIL READY TO EAT. (CARAMEL WILL GET TOO GOOEY IF LEFT OUT.) HOPE YOU ENJOY THESE RICH OOEY GOOEY DELIGHTS AS MUCH AS WE DID!!!!!!!!

DARK CHOCOLATE MIDNIGHT MILKY WAY BARS



Dark Chocolate Midnight Milky Way Bars!!

1 BAG MILKY WAY MIDNIGHT MINIS (OR USE REGULAR MILY WAYS IF U PREFER) UNWRAP AND FREEZE-I CUT A FEW IN HALF TO LAY ON THE TOP
1 1/4C. FLOUR
1/4 C. COCOA POWDER
DASH SALT
2 STICKS BUTTER
4 OUNCES UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
4 EGGS
2C. SUGAR
2 TSP. VANILLA

DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT OVEN 325
MELT BUTTER AND UNSW. CHOCOLATE IN MICROWAVE. COOL. IN MIXER, BEAT EGGS. ADD SUGAR AND VANILLA. ADD COOLED CHOCOLATE/BUTTER MIXTURE. ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX IN FROZEN MILKY WAY MINIS (SAVE CUT ONES FOR TOP) AND POUR INTO A NONSTICK FOIL LINED 9X9 PAN. SPRINKLE THE FEW CANDIES YOU CUT IN HALF ON THE TOP. BAKE 35-40MINS. COOL 1 HOUR. REFRIGERATE 2 HOURS. I KNOW, I KNOW SOOOOOO LONG!! YOU CAN DO IT!! LOL CUT INTO BARS! HAPPY BAKING EVERYONE!!!!
